    Yes it is Rock.

Id recommend it, works great, and really portable. I usually just leave it and my camera in my bag almost all the time (i use a digital cam that takes great vids).

I honestly have no clue of the cost, my mom got it for my sister, and she nvr used it. I "borrowed" it from her to bring to college. Of course as soon as she found out i actually HAD it, she wanted it back.

They're about $25 MSRP. Around town here, $18. I got one (the SLR version) for my father in law for X-mas. He just got a new Digital SLR, so i figured it was good for brownie points.

The SLR version is about $35.

Maybe it's quality merchandise made from space age materials, still not worth $60.

Have you seen my golf invention?

I'll trade you one of mine for one of yours.
I still haven't figured out why mine never caught on, it had all the makings for the perfect tee leveler, and height gauge.

I know my weekly foursome thought it was brilliant, because after using it for a couple rounds they realized I was going to make millions so they didn't want to play with me any more because of the unfair advantage it gave me on the course.

I was thinking the same thing myself, I only paid $79 for my video camera that I bought simply for film my golf swings, what harm would a little duct tape do?

Actually, I don't even need to gunk up my camera, just do this for free. It can even be covered should the weather turn bad on you and no worries of knocking the camera off with my knee.

Man, the ideas are just popping this morning, for those of you without a monopod or tripod, I made this one with a 10 cent dual threaded bolt and a broom handle in a matter of 2 minutes. That broom never really served a purpose anyways. I should really patent this stuff first, do you think I would have to share credit with the broom company?

My new weekend foursome is going to be proud of me:laugh:

If your one of those that actual has use for your broom, you can even video tape yourself sweeping in an effor to convince your wife that you do have other priorities other than golf, or buy a $1 dowel rod.

A $79 camera? Your mount is perfect for that! When it falls off and breaks, you can just buy another disposable camera.

Seriously, the VideoCaddy is intended to use on a golf cart (but will also attach to a golf bag for the range). It takes the hassle out of recording your swing on the course. No friends holding the camera, no adjusting, it won't fall....just simply pull up to the ball and hit record.

PS- that is the ugliest green wall I have ever seen!
