TEE?! Dream come true?

Lucky for me this weekend I played with a guy who had some power, but was just flying the ball in all sorts of directions, anyways I gave him a few tips. He shot 48 on the front and 41 on the back, I dont want to take credit for 7 shots, but he thought it was me. So, I saw him at the driving range, and I helped him out today again and more tips blah blah, he tipped me $50!

I was really excited, so I get home today, and what do i see? a TEE CB2 15* on ebay for $99 bid. Only problem is it has a double Senior or ladies flex, something stupid. But I figured what the hell. I bid on it, and it is looking like I may have myself a TEE CB2 for $102.50 plus shipping :-)

Sorry im bragging/excited.

but 3 more things..
1. Who has a S/X flex lying around to get rid of that they hate.
2. Rock why did you have to tell me about these TEE's

OH MY FREAKING GOD, I HATE EBAY..... AT A REAL AUCTION, THERE IS A COUNT DOWN AFTER EVERY BID, ONLINE THERE SHOULD BE ONE ALSO. IF PEOPLE ARE BIDDING AT LEAST 1 TIME EVERY MINUTE THE AUCTION SHOULD KEEP GOING UNTIL SOMEONE GIVES UP, NOT SOMEONE BID WITH 7 SECONDS LEFT...

Uh, it's called sniping.

I don't think I've ever placed a bid on Ebay before the final minute of something that I really wanted to win.

Ebay gives you a finite point in time when the auction will end. You can bid an astronomical amount if you want and each bid up until that will bump your bid.

So if you were "sold" on the CB2, you should "proxy" what you are willing to pay. Then make that proxy bid with less than a minute left. If you get outbid by someone else, then you need to decide, quickly, how much over your previous proxy bid you are willing to go to get the item.
