lol, well there ya go. i guess they wont be getting your business with the i-mix.

in all honesty, i dont think either company believes that this will be around very long, the taylor guy actually admitted that they are only bringing 250 to all of canada and dont think it will be around by next year, they only brought it out to compete with callaway.
    What's in the Bag?

It's all currently in the classifieds, including the bag itself.

    New Gear on the way...

    S57s 4-9 w x100 (Yellow dot, +1/4", 1* weak)

    Tour-W Wedge 47* (bent to 48*)

The Cally rep that I talked to was insistent that Cally was going this direction, almost to an entirety by 2010. Basically, the jist was that you soon won't be able to buy a non-Imix driver from Callaway in the future.

Which means, if they go full scale, cheaper pricing. This introductory stuff is just for those hardcores that can't wait to hit the new stuff, even if it's a detriment to their respective games.

I'd play one, if they weren't so much cashola.

I will stick with component heads and old fashioned shafts with glue.

They'll follow suit eventually. Some component companies, like Alpha and Nakashima, are already ahead of the curve, dave.

Nah, Krank Golf, Geek and SMT, I wouldn't lower myself to the bottom end of the market with Nakashima.

I will cling on forever until the last pot of glue is empty and/or my beloved 26.3s snap and I can't get anymore.

You seem to miss the point, dave. You're the minority and your voice is small by comparison.

I'm with ya, but unfortunately, the masses will speak for us.

These sheep are the guys that need the next best thing, the new crop, the shiny bling.

It's not about having a solid golf game, it's about having the new shit in their bags.

Personally, i like playing against these guys.

    None.

The shafts are installed in such a way that they play true to flex.

Now, the trick lies wherein a guy wants to play a tipped shaft.

    Who's your mesiah now, Callaway?

Most of FGI use tipped R flexes (they must all be Canadian)
