Typical St'ers WITB
Okay... I have a new idea.
Everybody give their interpretation of the typical Shot Talk WITB, based on the products that are most liked by the members..
I'll start:

Driver: Taylormade Burner TP 10.5* w/ Accuflex Creation 65S or BB Solutions 130
3Wood: Tour Edge Exotics CB2 15* w/ ?
Hybrids: Cobra Baffler Pro 20, 23* w/ Nippons
Irons: Mizuno MP60 5-PW w/ S300 or Nippons
Wedges: Titleist Vokey SM 52,58* w/ ?

Damn, this is a confidence booster. Pretty darn close to my current bag if you mix up the shafts. While I wont go back to a TM driver, I would have the Vokey's if they were a little heavier, and the SC Putter if it came with a soft insert.

I guess my picks would be pretty close with exception to the driver. From what I have seen on here, I may have to go with the Geek. Although I would also likely say the CB1's over the CB2's.

I started posting & by the time I was finished typing, 8 members had ho'd new clubs from GG so I had to start over from scratch.

I think you guys are right on - typical shottalker's bag would be:
Driver: TM Burner TP w/ Creation AND a CT250 w/ Solution (remember most here own several)
FW: TEE CB1 - shafts are bit all over the place but the Evo or NV probably have it
Hybrid: Nickent 3dx was popular for a while for the guys not playing the Bafflers
Irons- MP-60's with DG with backup sets of Hogans and possibly a set of Pings and a set of golfsmith P2s
Wedges - Vokeys
putter- various Anser clones
bag - something ogio

the scary part is how many guys have equipment that was purchased from Lyle or Rory, went through Regina, or made a stop in Providence (where it may or may not have picked up a skymark )

Thats pretty close to a perfect list. Driver is too hard to nail down to even 2 models. Way too much varience within that particular range. Hybrids/long irons/higher lofted fairways are even more varried, not a lot of conistency from bag to bag there either.

I had a shaft mailing tube that started in Providence, went to Regina, came to Orlando, that I sent to Augusta. It just missed Wisconsin some how. One Ho'ing outlet you forgot was Global Golf. Robereno can probably list more of us in his mailing list than any other outlet mentioned.

seems about right but i think the FT-I is starting to edge out the Burner.atleast it seems a bunch of them have surfaced lately.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I think TM would edge out the FT-i because of the FT-i's bore through head. Plus the i-mix shafts cost so much I've herd.
