Dent in heel of driver

No, it wasn't me. I know that's what you were thinking.

Anyway, I bought my dad a r7 460 for Christmas. He took it to the range before our round on Saturday. I look at it and see this large dent in the heel. Im sure he came across a ball something fierce.

My question is this. Would TM replace the head? Or is this not considered in the "normal" course of play?

My friend dented mine too before... Nope they won't change it for you... Ball is supposed to be struck on the face of the club, not on top, bottom, left, right etc...

I let my son hit my CT250 and he did the same thing, put a dent in the heel. But it hasn't affected it at all.

If you bought the driver new from your local store, try to send it back.
Never hurt to check with Taylormade customer service, try email them fir or call the toll free number.
One word of caution, should this be a counterfeit club which we had seen a great deal of them recently, Taylormade will not return the club to you if you send it in for repair or replacement. Don't ask me how you could tell , the OEM has their way of knowing if it's counterfeit item or not.

Nah I got it from Sports Authority. I wouldn't get him something that had a chance of being fake.
