DG vs X Project 5.5

So I'm looking at a set of Taylormade R7 TP irons. I see a set on Craigslist for $500. They come with Project X 5.5 Rifles shafts. I currently use DG s300 shafts. Is that an equivalent shaft to the S300's?

S300's fall in at about 5.7 on the rifle scale, however the PX shafts feel a little stiffer and should play to flex quite similar to the DGS300. They are quite different in feel though and are good for swingers with a fast aggresive move to the ball.

Will the Project X shafts have a different flight than the S300's? Is one shaft heavier than the other?

The PX is 15g lighter, and will have a higher, and somewhat flatter flight.
