Pulled the trigger today.

I went to a local range today to hit some balls and compare some clubs. The two clubs I compared were the Mizuno MP57's and the Taylormade R7 TP's. After hitting a large bucket, and lots of six irons, I pulled the trigger and bought a set of the Taylormade R7 TP's.

It was a tough decision. I hit both irons very, very good. Either iron would have been a great buy. The thing that I liked about the TP is that the ball seemed to bore in its flight path more than the Mizuno. It wsa tough to tell what kind of yardage I was getting, but the TP's seemed to be, maybe, a half club longer than the Mizuno's. As far as yardage, I couldn't tell at this particular range because of the background.

Best part of this is, the TP's were on sale for $699! I can't wait to get out to "my" range to hit these new sticks. And then I can tear up the course. Hopefully, not literally.

Great pick up man. I liked those the most out of all the irons I tryed at my local store. I tryed all the Mizuno's, a few Callaways and the r7 TP were the top of the line.
