It's all our guys' fault

I just bought a new set of irons. Your fault. Now I'm looking at getting a new driver. It's your fault.

Anyhow, question for you guys. I'm seeing the TM R7 425 TP's with the REAX and Rombax shafts. There are shafts with 55, 65 and 75 labeled. What is the difference between those shafts? I have a normally high ball flight with my driver. Which shaft would be best for that and what loft of driver should I be thinking about?

Again, it's all your fault...

The difference in the 55,65 and 75 is weight, 55 gram, 65 gram and 75 gram. I actually asked the same question about the Reax and Rombax about 4-5 months ago and I think they are basically the same can't remember exactly though, if you do a search though you may find the thread.

Pretty sure the Rombax is the good one, and the ReAx is the OEM cheapo.

Of the TP/Rombax line, the 65 is the lowest launch/spin of the bunch. It is a great driver shaft. I had a Vista Pro in a 425/9.5, and my launch and spin were like 15/4500. Switched it out to the 65TP, delofting clock ferrule, and the weights front, and brought it down to 12/2900.

If you need to bring the ball down, 8.5 degree with a 65TP should do the trick. Great thing is, you can tune the launch and spin conditions with the MWT. Moving the weight to effect launch/spin really does work.
