launcher fairway wood snapped???

hey today i was hiting some balls in my backyard and i hit a few good balls with my cleveland launcher 17 4 wood, the 4th time i took a swing and the club head snapped cleanly off from the shaft. the shaft was in perfect condition and the head cleanly snapped off and took some shaft with it.

any way to fix this??? any one else had this problem????

I don't own a launcher but I recommend you send it back to the company and ask for a new one or something like that.

Depends who installed the shaft. If it's factory, get it warrantied. It's a pretty safe bet they'd do that. But, if the shaft is aftermarket, you'll have to get a shop to get that shaft out of the head and re-install an new shaft.

I'm just amazed by this:

ya i have a field behind my house and a bunch of old balls to wack aruond.

but yea i sent it back to cleveland. they will put a new shaft in fo free

My bro-in-law snapped a Snake Eyes 3-wood shaft the other day with just a practice swing...... I say just hang it on the wall and "Give a Nod to the Gods".... Power is something to "humble" your friends with....
