Looking for a couple Proto By you's.

Wasn't sure where to put this but am looking for 2 Adilia Proto By you shafts, 65 gram in Regular flex for a couple driver projects. Not sure what the going rate for these are right now.

Also a TM R7 425 TP head, don't need it shafted but would take one if the price were right. I believe the loft is 9.5º.

I'll watch ebay and post $ when I get a chance. If you buy on ebay the shafts will be legit but will have to be careful with the head. I can be done though.

I got a VS Proto 60-R that fits the bill. It played 44.25" in a Nike SQ Tour and has some paint discoloration at the tip. Shoot me a PM if you're interested and I'll get you pics and a good price.

Btw, it was Pured. (for whatever that is worth)

edit: I have the after market 60-R sitting in the garage not an OEM pulled 65-R. Yes, like other FOOLS on this site I paid top dollar for a premium shaft and am not even using it...

Picked up a TM R7 425 TP club with a regular flex Pro launch red shaft in it. Will wait & see what weights it comes with, Zaph I believe you had a couple of 2 grams & 12 grams is that correct?

Also have a line on a Proto, thanks Chemboy.

Will have to get my current Burner & the Proto to Zaph so he can work his magic & will see how it works out. This new club I a just going to try out for a session or 2 with the pro-launch & see what happens.

The prolaunch red should be good. If you need more weights the Billy Bob after market weight kit from Myostrichgolf.com (16 weights I believe is a good deal). If you want to make that burner into a 12* or 11.5* we will also need the special ferull from MOG also. I believe Billy Bob also makes it. Also will have to make sure that burner has a 0.350. If it is not a TP it should be 0.350

The Burner is not a TP so should be a .350. Will order up the weights as well as the ferule.

And pray tell what club would you slide it into? Thought you had a magical setup right now, faster than a speeding beercart, able to leap bunkers in a single bound?

I'm hoping it works out well, reading the specs it should work out nicely.
Ordered the offset ferrule & tip weight for the proto. The Burner is crying for a nice shaft, hope this is the ticket. If not we can always put it into the TP.

BTW, if you want I will have a stock Fuji TM shaft for sale....cheap. Or might do like Rock & use it for a tomato stake.

So what are you doing? Swapping the shaft from the R7425TP into the Burner? What did you have, a 13* Burner? I'm sure you know the shaft in the TP will be a .335 and need a shim to fit the Burner. If you bought that VS off Chemboy, that's a .335 if it was in a Nike.

Going to leave the shaft in the TP for now & just see how it plays. Pulling the Fuji out of the Burner & Zaph will spine the Proto & install it with one of the My ostrich golf offset ferrules which allows the loft or lie to be adjusted. Going to take the loft down to between 11.5-12. I really like the Burner head, just the shaft sucks ass.

Worst case scenario is if the Prolaunch Red doesn't feel all that good in the TP, then it gets pulled & the Proto will be installed into it, make a copy of the club Zaph let me use sunday. That R7 425 TP with the Proto shaft felt really damn good & is an easy 30+ yds longer than the current Burner setup.

He speaks the truth about being longer and straighter. Club and swing just matched up great.

Fyi, the Proto has been Pured and I threw the report sheet in the box with it.
