Clubmakers--Re-shafting question

Let say i have 43.5" shaft out of a driver that has been tip prepped 1 1/8" and I want to put it in a Cleveland Launcher 3 wood at a installed length of 43". Am i going to run into any issues?

King Par is an unknown quantity at this point
You'll most likely have to tip it to 3 wood specs and then butt trim to length.
