shaft advice

Hi all. I'm about to get a new set of sticks...(mp57's). I just wanted some opinions on shafts. Currently I am using sensicore S300's. Which I find ok but I am looking to upgrade. Which is closer to the S300's, Project X flighted 6.0's or rifle flighted 6.0's. I've used rifle 5.5's before, too high and too far left.

Welcome to Shot Talk 1st. As far as shaft recommendations, I haven't tried very many, but I love my Nippon's. The exact model escapes me right now, but it's in my signature.

Me too, the Nippons are really nice - I use the same model the NS Pro 950GH in stiff. They don't play too stiff though, just a nice medium between feel and that extra bit of control.

I'm sure if you can give them a try you'll enjoy hitting them.

can't really equate them like for like as the rifles are lighter...most people say that from a cpm perspective the s300 equates to about 5.8 on the rifle scale, but the Project x's play a lot stiffer than that ~ 5.3 for a 5.8 (non PX) so the rifle flighted will be closer to the s300's than the PX 6.0 which will be more like x100's again not in feel because of the weight difference...
