    Golf Balls for Juniors

Anyone have any suggestions that require a low swing speed to compress - for my 12 yo. brother? A soft ball? Thanks.

Please no Nike EZ Distance - got enough of those laying around.

  10. If you have a bunch of Nike EZ Distance balls laying around, why not use those?

  11. a ladies ball would probably work, assuming its not pink.

  13. when I was 12 I was given sleves of NXts from the golf league. No wonder I had trouble hitting 150 yards, that ball is still too hard for my liking.

the slower your swing, the more you will benefit from a softer ball. I'm 15, almost 16, and I will get another 20 yards using a pro v off the tee as opposed to a "distance ball" (which really only work for really fast swingers)

My guess is that you would benefit from a ball labeled as fell. they are nice and soft, along with lady balls, and that should help you get a bit more distance out of your clubs.
