New irons - Shot Talk

Hi can anyone reccomend a good set of irons for a relative beginner. I normally shoot around 100 and am willing to spend up to £300.

Sorry,too many variables to offer advice online,you need to check with a pro just in case you need custom fit.But if you can't be bothered be assured you will be damned unlucky to buy crap irons for 300 quid,thats enough to buy some decent sticks.

Ask a pro in a shop,particularly if you are 4 ft or 8ft tall.
