Newbie needs help - Shot Talk

I'm a beginner who is looking to buy a set of clubs. I came across 2 sets of clubs that are on sale at a local sporting good store. Anyone know anything about these?
South Bay Magna Flite MXL
17 piece set
460 CC Forged Driver
Irons #4-#PW
Graphite Shafts
$179 (Regularly$399)

Dunlop exced
19 Piece Set
$199 (regularly $449)

I'd take the 19 piece Dunlop set to start. They probably threw in a fairway wood or 2.

Dunlop has more than a little experience in golf, I've never heard of the other guys, so......

Ping Eye2 s/h from Ebay? $100 for a full set,then use the dosh to get some s/h bargain woods such as Ram FX9 or Cobra.Many players upgrade every year so Ebay is a great place for some bargains.

do you need to get clubs sized to suit or doesn't it matter
