Okay, have to ask. And yes, I know chastising will commence along with the question. For two reasons, the clubs, and the fact that I should know this.
I want to get my i-3s rebent, they are -2...I'm a bit big for that. Is it just shipping? How should I go about this? Need them +1.

PING : About PING : Club Repair
This is the link where you can download a Club Repair Request Form. Also, on this link, they say your i-3's can be bent up to 4 degrees. So, from 2 flat to 1 upright shouldn't be a problem. If I were you, I'd call Ping. 1-800-4PINGFIT. Ask them about charges, etc. If you give them the serial number over the phone, they can tell you what lie angle the clubs were when they left the factory... and when. That would prevent any "surprises" if they rec'd them and found they had already been bent to the max.
I would never allow anyone but Ping to bend my clubs. (Of course, the BeCu's I now play even Ping won't work on!) Ping will do the job right and will re-color the dots. The clubs will look like new when you get them back.

I don't think it's free, Jeff. But, I'd have them do it, anyway. Also, they can re-tumble the heads and they'll look new when you get them back. I'll eventually do that with my i3's.
