    En Fuego Series

My Pro Shop is having a big display on Aldila's En Fuego Series, Habanero, Wassabi and Serrano, and I realized I have never ever heard any comment about those shafts. I ain't looking to buy one, but I was curious not to have heard anything about them. Do they suck so much no one wants one not even to try them?

I would like to know about them and how they play. I like the graphics though.....

    Re: En Fuego Series

They are a new series from Aldila this year, so I doubt to many folks have had achance to use them. I think they are similiar to the DVS launch wise. I have seen several OEMs are putting them in the new models that are starting to show up in the golf shops and catalogues.

Adam 9032 TI 3wd, stiff Aldila NV vodoo

Mizuno MX 200 5-GW, FST pro white, S

    Re: En Fuego Series

These are three models that will represent the lower end of the Aldila lineup.

All three have different launch characteristics...

the Habanero has slightly less spin and lower launch that the DVS

The Wasabi has slightly more spin and higher launch than the Voodoo

And the Serrano is almost identical in spin and launch as the VS Proto

I put a WASABI 60S into my PING V2 Rapture to replace a VS 65R. This hits as straight as the VS and as long as the DVS 65R in my backup G5. I love it!
