    I Finally found out more about my clubs

    When I got them off of ebay, I shot off an email to Wilson Golf, the research guy sent back an email telling me they were most likely made in 1963. Wrong, or at least according to the site I was at tonight. Also I have been calling them hybrids and the term that they were known by is "hollow backs" I guess, anyway here is a link to that site so I am not loading all their pics of my set. Catch the price too, I got mine for $20 and they are listing them for $395. Tell me what you guys think.

    I can hit them decenty well, for a new golfer I guess. They fly the ball pretty good, same set I was using when I hit the 3 for 240 yards, last time I went.

    Great deal. They look like the predecessor of the Bazooka J-Max. It would seem to me they would be pretty easy to get a solid strike with. The only downside would be there are several shots that would be very difficult to use them for. Attempting these shots probably cost me more strokes than they save though.

    Got an estimate back

    $80 with color of my choice and another color inlay for the #'s for the whole set, so now I just have to pull the heads and ship them out. That seems like a pretty good deal to me. Real question is when do I want to do it, and if the old lady is going to go for it.

    I like the Pig Lady in Pink! Just imagining me getting my set of woods done like this...errr, maybe not, but it would be fun, especially to play in a serious game and see the look of my opponents face when I whip out the 983K with a Pink Pig emblazoned on the head.
