I have 2:
Mallet type: Turbo Series 3 ball (2 ball clone with 3 small balls instead of 2 big balls.)
Blade type: Yes! Tracy. I like it a lot. Plus I have a dog named Tracy.

Heel~Toe weighted Flange(Semi-Mallet)
My original Putter. I always liked because a blade felt to light and a mallet was to big, although I am not sure bigger putters bother me now.
When I tried about 20+ putters a couple months ago, the only others I liked nearly as well were the Ping Craz-E and the White Hot 2-ball. Although they did not have the White Hot XG out yet, and I kind of like the looks of the XG #7 which has 2 fin like rails. I may try it out next time I go, but I doubt I will switch at this point.
Amazingly, too me, the one I have feels heavier than the 2-ball, and just a shade lighter than the Craz-E, which are much bigger putters.

If I were going to own two, the other would be the 2004 Studio Stainles Newport Beach.
I don't have a dog named Scotty though.![]()

Have a lesson matey boy.A pro can spot whether you want centre shafted, heel shafted, mallet, whatever, worth a lesson from a pro with a load of samples.I personally liekd a centred shafted heel toe weighted half mallet, but I narrowed that down from about a jillion others.Heel toe weighting also makes sense to me,the head won't twist as much,in theory anyway.

Seriously, buying a new putter without taking soem time to think about it and have a lesson will reduce the odds of getting it right,it will luck rather than judgement, but you know that.Club hoing aint a cure, its an illness![]()

I've dicked around with other putters, putting styles and all that jazz before finally settling on the idea that it wasn't the stick, it was the stroke.
B, before going off the deep end, try this. Try a series of new putters that you like. Maybe something that more closely resembles your current putter. Something with an insert, good weighting and looks great to your eye. Buy it. Then, stick with it. Practice like crazy to get your feel down with it. Don't worry so much about making putts - that will come with time.
Or, you can do the above with your current putter. It's all the same.
The new putter will be that mental seperation from your old putter. But, don't be surprised in 2 months if you come back to that old putter that has sunk putts for you in the past, many, many times.
Putting is so mental. You just need that extreme cut from your existing bain.
Good luck,

Rockford is absolutely right! My first putter was the Rossa Monza (mallet) and then I decided to try out a blade putter (Rossa Daytona) to see if that would be any different for me. I still average about 35 putts a round with either putter. I reeeeaaly don't think brand is a big issue but just look for something that feels good with your swing and looks good for the confidence at address.
The important thing is to narrow down what type of putter you like i.e. mallet, blade or half mallet. It's funny for me because I putt better with my blade putter on short putts and better with my mallet putter on long putts. When you find something you like, stick with it and practice a lot. You don't have to be a club Ho with putters
White Steel 2-ball Blade.
I LOVE this putter. Had a 30 putt round the other day. Also, with it, I never feel like I can blame the putter. Whenever something goes wrong, I know that it was me. I know that anyhow, but I never feel like blaming the putter.
Those aren't credits that roll after Walker Texas Ranger; it is actually a list of people that Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked in the face that day.
