Thread: Another Shaft Fitting Program

  1. Another Shaft Fitting Program

This is UST's. It seemed pretty accurate. It recommended a ProForce V2 in reg flex for me.

    Then of course there's Grafalloy's

    http://www.shaftfit.com/shaftfit/

    And Aldila's

    http://www.aldila.com/fitting2.html

    And finally here's Accuflex's chart

    Fujikura's chart

    One more for Graphite Design

These are kind of fun and alot of people in this forum have been asking about shafts lately.

  2. We're still getting questions on shafts and the above charts should help you zero in on a couple to make the decision easier.

  3. Shafts are such a personal thing, while these are good links (thanks WBL for digging them up) it goes without saying that the better player who can really tell the difference needs to try them in his head of choice.

  4. I agree. It doesn't say "this one is for golfers who have choppy, out-of-control swings and this one is for golfers who are almost pro" etc. If you over-rate yourself you can waste alot of money (just ask me). But it does help you zero in a few.

  5. LOL good one WBL. I need the one that says "Hits it down the pipe with a 4 yd. draw 275, then skies it to the ladies tees 2 holes later". I started pulling the ball so bad last round I was muttering to myself "I'm gonna throw a xx flex in this POS and see if it'll pull then".

Oh don't I know that. I'm sure if I could take only my best swings and put them together for a score I'd be playing at Hazeltine this week with the rest of the phenoms
