I played a scratch team match yesterday. Out of 20 players there were 17 Titleist drivers. It's definately the favourite of low handicap British golfers.

Agreed.

Around these parts, Titleist is always played by snotty jerks. Seriously, if you play Titleist, you drive a BMW SUV and call the waitress "Toots".

I think that's why I can't handle their equipment. I'm so not like that. I'd rather take a Callaway driver over a Titleist any day of the week. But that's me.

The pics of that driver look exactly the same as every other Titleist ever made. At least to me anyways....

titleists always look great, but i can never stand the feel, callaway looks terrible, and feels worse.

but, everyone is entitled to their own opinion

man that titleist hybrid type club looks sweet. I know what you guys are talking about how titleist clubs all look the same, but trust me they don't play or feel the same. I used to use a 983K, now i have a 983K Tour and the difference is like Dynacraft to an R7. The face feels hotter, ball trajectory is much more piercing and the sound is much more muted. Haven't tried the new Fusion drivers, but Titleist over Callaway anyday. Callaway irons, however good they are, have always looked like simply game improvement irons to me. Like they say in golf, the look of the club to your eye is just as important as the club's performance.

This couldn't have been said any better.

Oh, and Mizuno, no offense about the BMW. I have a couple friends that drive them. They're just not the snobs like YoungGun.

Cheers,
