Driver help?

I know there are some driver ho's out there and I am wanting to pick your brain for an opinion.Mrs.Ace is interested in starting the year out with a new driver. She has been semi-fitted and has been told she should use "A" flex standard length 12*.She seems to be down to a HiBore,a Nickalus, and she wants to know more about the TE Geomax.Soo....any pro's or cons to any of these?Any opinions are welcome.I want to get whats best for her without breaking the bank since she will be in her second year of golf.
P.S. 8* here today so taking one for a test drive in the near future is kinda out of the possibility.

Of those the HiBore is by far the best choice IMO...

If you do not want to break the bank, I would go with the TE Bazooka Geo Max. That is supposed to retail for around $200 and they have several lofts to choose from. If money is not an object, the Hi Bore has received some good reviews if you can live with the dish on top of the club.

I just obtained a Geo Max myself and plan to give a test run later in the week. It looks and feels like a nice club but I won't know for sure until I hit it. I am trying to find out more about the shaft. Grafalloy has their name on it but I do not know the properties of it.

ualtim, I would be interested in your review of the GeoMax.As for the price of the hibore she is looking at the 2006 model at a significant price drop since the new xl's are coming out.

Yeah, supposedly Hibores will be dropping to $199 soon. As you can see, i have one and i like it. Long, high, straight. Its a shame she cant play a 9.5 with a stiff shaft, as im trying to get rid of mine in place of something workable.

I'd check the component companies also. I plan on trying to get my GF to learn to play. I will be looking at about a 16* driver from SMT, Bang, Geek or others. They have some cool color options too. She can get like a pink metalflake if she wishes.
