Stop off in Sardis, Ms. off I-55 on the way down. Play Mallard Pointe, you'll love it. When you get to Jackson give me a call. You will want to play The Refuge and Bay Pointe in Jackson. Another course I'd suggest in Co-Lin Jr. College's course south of Jackson off I-55. It has a par 4 with a island green, hit your tee shot and then your 2nd carries over water to an island green. When you get south of Jackson there are a ton of super nice courses on the coast. All the casinos have golf courses almost and all them are nice. You may also want to check out Philidelphia,Ms. and the Silver Star's golf course, Dancing Rabbit, rated one of the top 100 courses you can play.

Presently it is 25º here. High tomorrow is only 35º. But by Saturday it will back up in the mid 50's.

If you come to Alabama, the Robert Trent Jones Trail is here . I think most of the courses are pretty highly reviewed, and I know that Grand National in Auburn has hosted several tournaments as well as being ranked as one of the top public courses in the country.

Auburn was ranked the #1 golf city in the US a few years back by Golf Digest.

THANKS FOR THE REPLY.I think we are going to do that on our next trip unless we are running from the weather in the Biloxi area.As of now it looks good but the forecast seems to change rather unexpectantly. Thanks for the info,Ron
