Where to go north of Tampa???

Next week I will be going down to visit my parents in Spring Hill Florida. So far I have played World Woods, Seven Hills and Spring Hill golf club. Any other good tracks in that area I should look up?

Re: Where to go north of Tampa???

You want to put El Diablo at the top of that list.

Also, TPC-Tampa Bay is a fun course, if a bit pricey.

Black Diamond is private, but sometimes they let non-members play. Call them. Supposed to be a phenomenal course.

Also, Skyview at Terra Vista.

Brooksville Country Club is decent for the money. They have a stretch of four quarry holes that are pretty cool.

Skyview and Brooksville were decent, but I would go back to WW in a heartbeat if I were you.

Re: Where to go north of Tampa???

World Woods is $35 after 3:00 $70 the rest of the time. I will definately be playing WW at least once.

Anybody know what price range Brooksville is??? That course looks nice.

I'd love to play Copperhead down at Innisbrook but at $250 for me and whatever they charge for a Junior that is out of the question this trip.

There are so many courses to choose from down there that its hard to know where to go when you are only playing 4 days. Seven Hills is a reliable budget course at about $40 with a cart. Good conditions and nice layout.
