I have been playing for 4 months now and had the opportunity to show off my swing to Sam Sneads best freind's Daughter(Sam was her God Daughter). She is the Daughter to Harry Fortune who held the Pebble beach course record for 15 years with a 65. My girlfreind takes care of Harry's wife who just had knee replacement. Tiger Woods and Harry talked golf on occasion. So her brother said "lets see your swing". The live right on the bluff's of the Pacific ocean and for years would hit balls off to flat rocks surrounded by water. Well I proceeded to belt my best shots at this island 400 yards off shore. I am about a 80 feet higher than the water. I lossen up with a couple of swings and some stretching throw on my golf shoes and let it rip. I am thinking make sure to start with your hips, I coil with my hips and upper torso and come through with a perfect left arm lead with super loose hands. I swung so pure, 20 yards short and right 15 yards. The lack of good balls to hit made me use my Callaways, all of them. They had old range balls that hardly had an dimples left. My last ball I hit was a lady pinacle that was around 40 yards short. Harry Fortune who is in his 80's wrote are local golf article. He is now living out his years at an Old folks home. I asked his daughter why he never went pro and she told me he Hit the 65 in a open qualifier and than hit a 75 the next day. He just couldnt play under pressure. Great guy, tough but great guy. I wont even bother to tell you what she said about my swing but I have some sponsors now.
