Question Weight/Flex VS. Direction

Alright, kinda wondering this. My 906 is drawing everything with a 90g stiff shaft, and my driver literally cant draw with a 80g Xstiff shaft, would this be because of the flex or is my swing just different most likely between the clubs?

Also same thing with my 906 vs my r7 tp. The 906 draws, but the r7 with UL780 stiff and two 14g weights in it, everything is a block fade, would this be because of the weights?

It is a combination of many different things, the flex in the stiff to x flexes in the driver versus the 3 wood could be a cause. Without actually seeing the swings with each club, it is too difficult to tell if you have any differences in your swing with each particular club.

The 28 grams of weight in the r7 head is a lot, they come stock with 16 grams and play in the D3 to D4 range, so you have actually made that club play at D7 to D8 which is extremely head heavy. I would suggest backing the weights down to two 10 gram or two 8 gram weights to bring the swing weight down and go from there.

Damn, i shoulda got in on that wrench thing! I have weights, just no wrench. O well, just have to wait till i get out to my club... Will try that.

The 3w is a UST V2 90g Stiff, the driver is a graf bimatrix fw shaft as well with an extention of 1/2" and it is 80g xflex. If you can really tell from that.

I really think im guna try and get a 905R with the same V2 shaft in it. I love the way that club feels, so solid.
