Ok well this little thing hasn't happened to me since I was tweaking my swing last September. I go out to the course to play a quick 9 with no warmup at all

. So I hit a decent drive and then when I go to hit my 9 Iron I felt impact being really really off. I looked at the club and the club rotated 90* to the left in my hands! This occured about 2-4 times more during the round but I am still trying to figure out why. Think about taking your normal grip now all of a sudden the grip (after impact) rotates 90* while its in your hands! The face of the club was pointing straight to the ground when I held it out in front of me. Thank god for my short game keeping me in at +4 I think I had to scramble about 6-7 different holes and 1 putted each 4 of them.
But again I do not know why this happens. I've also realized that when this happens the club feels like paper in my hands

.
any ideas?
Thanks,
Omar
