One thing I noticed that nobody else has touched on, and it could just be the video, is that your take away looks a little jerky.

Just my .02 cents worth.

2 questions - what video software are you using and how did you get it to go slow mo - this could be very useful

Just using standard Microsoft Movie Maker. I didn't intentionally slow it down like that, just came out as such. Not sure how to fix it either.
