Its ugly, but I thought I'd throw it up here for fun anyway.

Sorry, camera was my phone one, as I can't find the charger to my normal video camera at the moment.

Just a general question, is it bad to have that lower body movement? More specifically the right leg sliding towards the front foot during and after impact?

Reason I'm asking is because I just developed this for some odd reason, but I'm hitting shots better. I'm just not sure if it'll cause problems in the long run or if I'm losing any distance.

Your take away is a little more deliberate, but we have similar leg action. My right foot comes forward as I drive thru the golf ball when I am swinging well.

I'm going to a demo day on Friday - I never go to the range otherwise and I'll try and remeber to bring the camera.

I threw myself on the launch monitor today at my work when it died out, and I had finished all the stuff I needed today...

Optimal launch angle, optimal backspin, optimal slight draw...

At sea level, I'm averaging 300-310 carry. Since you can change it per elevation, at least ours.
