3i=Good::4h=Bad

I dont know why, but the last 2 weeks have confused me. Out on the course, I cant hit my 4 hybrid at all, but I took out my dad's i5 3 iron today and hit it great. It goes the same distance as my Mizuno 4h CLK does, lower, and is consistent and predictable. Can someone please tell me why this is happening. Here's two videos of me hitting my hybrid and three iron. I really want to take advantage of the height and forgiveness a hybrid is s'posed offer.
