Swing drills for lower body

I have fixed my swing problems but the "fix" (getting lower body involved) is not "taking" consistently. Is there some "drill" to get this "ingrained" in my swing so I can make it work all the time (under stress)?

Stand with your butt against the back of a chair. Take the club to the top, keeping the right cheek in contact with the chair. Try to keep the club from moving, while S-L-O-W-L-Y turning your hips. Keep the right cheek touching until the left cheek touches. You should feel your left arm staying straight, and tension in your left lats.

Repeat 10-20 times each night.

Just close the blinds. hahah.

I've been needing to work on that too. I let my feet slide a little, and I loose so much power from it, or I lag my body behind my arms/hands and get outta sync.

you can also do this w/ the wall instead of the chair. aka hogan's power move.

or, at top of your back swing, flare/fire your left knee out to the target to initiate your down swing. if you're at correct position at the top, this knee action will allow your hips to rotate, and rest of the body will follow. getting it dialed in comes from your hand-eye coordination. kicking the left knee out left of the target promotes draw, right of the target line, a fade.

you should be at advantage w/ counter weight
