I'm lost...
Played a scramble today, actually ended up winning the tourney-no thanks to me. Sprayed my tee shots right, then further right. Every wedge shot I hit, I S@#$K#d. It was a very frustrating day, I putted pretty respectably though.

I guess I can't complain to loud since I hardly practice and haven't played much in the last 2 months....I never thought I would hear myself say I am looking forward to the off season...

Lol sounds like you played a game called G O L F. Welcome to the harsh reality we are all subject to endure at any given time , no matter how much you practice or how good you are. Look at it this way atleast you rolled the rock well

I'm ready for the offseason.

I've played like crap. almost to the point where I don't want to play.

Thinking about grabbing a load of lessons over the winter time, and practicing at some cheap courses in the area over the winter season. Walking will atleast be ideal then.

Oh, don't get me wrong I was very happy to play at one of the nicer courses around. Like I said I can't really complain about my game since I have played a total of 2 times in the last 2 months. I just don't have the time I used to to be able to play/practice.

The off season is just round the corner, practive up and imagine how much you'll win by next season. Oh and I wasnt complaining about Uni either, just the damn cost of it.

It never ceases to amaze me the cost of everything. I am not that old, 30, but things just seem so ridiculously expensive. College costs 20K-60K a year? Thats nuts, cars 20-30K no problem....just amazes me how much people spend....

Yep, its really not encouraging learning, we keep being told we're the future, we will lead business's, break into new realms of computing (computing science course), possibly save life's but we'll have to pay for that right. Somethings not right.

Couldn't agree more. The cost of everything in today's world is outrageous, especially given that salaries have not kept up with costs. For a student to leave school with 100K in debt and take a job making $22-$25K a year-where does that leave them?

One bonus of my course is that there will be high paying jobs for people willing to work.
