Last round of the year today

It's supposed to be sunny and 55º today with only a slight breeze, so I'm going to play 18. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice also, but I have to get my yard work done between rain showers and that will be my only chance. The course closes Nov 2nd, so this looks like it for the year. Wish me luck..........I played pretty good last time out.

Have fun, bud. My scramble was moved back from 2 Saturday's ago until this weekend, and its supposed to rain again. That might be my last outside round until New Year's Day. Thank God for simulators! I always get my swing back when hitting on a monitor, and its about time.

Well, the first nine went okay. I shot a 44, but when you're dressed like an astronaut, I'll take it. Second nine was not good. Over 50............couldn't make a putt among other things. But it was fun anyway.

As I slip my shorts on in the parking lot, and crack open the cold beer as I sling my bag on my shoulder.. I'll remember you guys in the frozen north... just for a minute. Until I wipe the sweat from my brow, and try and find my ball in the rough.
