I had used the baseball grip for about two years. Monday of this week I changed to the interlocking grip. Yesterday, I shot under 100 (98) for the first time ever. Today, I backed up yesterday's 98 with another 98.
I'm not saying that the grip change is totally responsible; but I now consider myself to be a permanent "interlocker".

The hands do feel more stable and consistent now. The only side effect, so far, is a little soreness around the knuckle of the pinky finger on my right hand. I expect that will get better after I have used the new grip for awhile.
