That sucks and it's coming our way. I see the forecast for next week here doesn't have too many days over 30*. Mostly mid 20's. Hopefully there will be a little work. I hate days off when it's too cold to do anything and I'm too broke to buy anything.

Whats the coldest weather you've golfed in??? Mine 20 degrees 28 degrees this year. cold generally doesn't stop me but I draw the line when we have significant snow cover. The frozen ground allow me to practice knockdown shots. I guess when you've got an obsession you can justify anything.

Thank God for global warming. If we didn't have it in Wisconsin it would be REALLY cold (not to mention R35 up Nort)... Probably in a few years we'll be the "new" Florida (palm trees, tourists). Florida will be a desert. Arizona, New Mexico and Texas will also be deserts. Canada will be like Wisconsin is now. Might not be bad!! :laugh:

Well, not really, I hate the cold. New Mexico is like that though. Our summers are hot and our winters are cold.

I just don't understand why people choose to live in an area that cold. Is it because your ancestors were Norwegians and Swedes, and they liked freezing their asses off?

Thankfully, some of the Scots/Irish had some sense and settled in the Carolinas. Or maybe they just couldn't figure out where the heck Wisconsin was.
