Sites gone squiffy

The bitch of it is that I have not had any of these problems.

I get a slow page load but it's complete and I can use the pm system......the search continues.

They're working on it now.....time is 8:53 EST....they told me to check it in 20 minutes and report back.

Since I don't have the problem....you guy's let me know how it goes.

Things seem to be good at my end now....PM's work, all pages (so far) have loaded fully. Speed seems better than normal, which is great.

Good work Sling, technology rules when it works, sucks when it doesn't.

I've only had one time where it's prompted me to download the PHP file rather than display the page since I started reading the site tonight. Other than that, it's been good.

I can't create nor reply to PM's it seems. Only half the page loads. The rest of the pages seem fine as of 2PM Saturday...

Hate to reveal that I'm such an asshat but how do you clear cookies and temp files?

in IE:

Tools>Internet Options> Under the General Tab> Delete Cookies and delete Temporary Internet Files.

You using Internet Explorer?

At the top of the window, you should see Tools, click that and select Interent Options. A new window will pop up, and midway down, you should see a section called Temporary Internet Files with 3 buttons:

Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Settings.

**WARNING** When you delete your cookies and files, you will be logged out from any sites with which you use a username and password, like here. So, umm, make sure you remember those things, or have a way of retrieving them.

Those first two buttons, Delete Cookies and Delete Files will delete the cookies and files stored on your harddrive.

This is what I get about every 3 or 4 pages, from either work or home. I checked my net connection, it's the fastest it's ever been.

It's hit and miss tho. I get good pages and then all of a sudden it's f'd. Even pages I've been to or not, it's totally random.

If I get anything else, i'll throw it up here...

I get this when I check User's....just a blank screen with the User name at the top....

Everything works perfectly for me. I think all of you are crazy.

I sent an update to the host, hopefully one of the techs will come and look at Rock's scribbles.

I also ran a "repair & optimize" function on the database tables

So you could try a ctrl+F5 or another cookie dump.
