near the end it says u=1

it should read, userid=1

try filling in the blanks and see if that works......it's a clue at least.

I think the only problem was a lag in MySQL on the server. I restarted the MySQL server and the site is zooming :-)"

Still getting wierd message box asking if I want to save to disk or open. Also still getting partial pages.

If I refresh it usually clears it up.

I don't use IE, I use Firefox so I'm not sure how to clear cookies or if that would help anyway.

I am still having problems with the site as well. Partial pages and an error message on the bottom tool bar that says "Done, but with errors on the page.


Weird. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

DaveE, I get the same thing with FF.

I don't like the word "squiffy"...sounds dirty, and not in a good way.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies since the mysql server restart?

I had some corrupt pages on one of my subdomains yesterday. I cleared everthing and now I appear to be back to normal.

Firefox ........start at the upper tool bar.

Tools/options/cookies/clear then cache/clear

I use Firefox and cleared my cookies/cache last evening before leaving work.

Still been having incomplete page loads, along with sometimes clicking on a link and get the Save/Open with popup.

Are you on a shared server? How is the load on it? I know the last couple of weeks referrer spammers have been making some nasty runs with some bandwidth hogging scripts/bots.

Yep, I'm still pooched with either IE or Mozilla.

I get incomplete loads, Java errors, and pages of that text that i posted prior. This is all after the MySQL re-load. No cookies, fresh.

I even re-installed IE on my comp at home and still it's hooped.



Squiffy. Sounds like a slang term for a tampon.
