Site is still squiffy, unfortunately. Half-loads, sometimes the visible code, click on a link and get the popup box.

Hey Sling

Still got problems on this end. Yada yada yada on the same issues.
Refresh usually works, so maybe there is something I need to do on my end.

Getting better though.

F5 or ctrl+F5?

If the ctrl + F5 only works for a little while clear cookies and cache once again. if that won't work then there is nothing else I can do.

Please see my posts in the following thread:

Are we good now?

Since turning off the use of gzip by Firefox, I've had no problems with this site. However, I should point out that I go to other forums where gzip is in use, and have not had these problems. I would ask your server admin to check your zlibs and make sure they are the proper ones.

The thing that is really driving me bat shit is the fact that I have had slow page loads on occasion but that's it.

I have never had any of the other things happen to me. why?

nevertheless, I am starting to get testy with the host. gzip has been turned off for a few days now so whatever this zlib thing is must be the thing they look at next.

If this works would there be any reason for me to reverse what I did earlier?

Yeah, it's possible you could have trouble with other sites which may require your browser to use gzip in order to view pages.

I found out with the gzip turned off I couldn't access my gmail account.
