Do they still run the Annual BBQ contest at Kemper arena???

edit 1 - Ooops, didn't realize it was in WI, I saw KC BBQ and assumed it was in KC. I guess I should ask if this is in place of the one they used to have at Kemper Arena every year

I know it can't compete with the real deal, but yesterday I threw some ribs in my slow-cooker on low with two bottles of sauce, went to work, came back 8 hours later, and OMG those were good.

I love simple good.

That sounds good, dude !! I love ribs, but they seem very hard to come by round these parts !! Right enough, a bar near my new house does a pint and a half slab for a fiver (just short of US$10) and they are pretty damn good. I would still love the opportunity to try some award-winning ones, etc., in the U.S., though...
