I was never to keen on GR. It seemed like each time some one asked a question all they got was constant abuse. After reading that post after post I just gave up. I find ST far more imformative and helpful...oh, and friendly!

Different sites have diffirent styles of abuse. GR is one place I never post anymore. 4GEA is another, as the abuse there can get quite personal and hateful.

I don't go there...can't remember if I ever even joined.

I've found that ST is the best around to join if you're looking for a "neighborhood" feel...friends hanging out and having a ball!

My only other site is WRX which is mainly due to it's size and the BST. I still find this to be a more personal site.

With the pics you posted Spank I am surprised you didnt get banned for good. Those were very racist and really, really crossed the line.

I nearly got banned from GR. I joint under a different name & pretended to be off plus two. The 1st Thread I posted was "Square drivers are for girls"!!! The Shit hit the fan because most of there Mods play FTi's!!! I had a laugh though!

I don't want to try to start a "my forum is better than your forum" contest, and I don't feel like I need to defend GR. I just guess I don't see what "absue" you guys are talking about. Maybe I don't participate in the abusive threads, but I don't see it at this forum or at GR.

Here's my personal take on the two forums. I think GR is a little better at general golf topics and swing tips/theory. Not a lot, just a little. I think ST is far better at equipment. I like both forums. These are the only two I check regularly.

So, I guess like I said I just don't see it. Maybe I am blind, but I just don't see much abuse at all. Not that there isn't controversial threads with heated debates, but I rarely see something that rolls over into abuse.

What you are saying is completely untrue! I did not post anything racist at all. I posted a picture from a popular 1976 movie comedy.

According to you and the kid over there, it would be racist for me to post this picture, for example:

I got banned for no reason. They won't allow a photo of a black man on that forum, and I do not understand what their problem is. I am the one who is not racist. The moderators are hiding behind their own racism, in my opinion.
