Might be out of a job.

Well, as some of you may have noticed I havent been around. I became an assistant pro at a course here, and have been pulling 60+ hour weeks. However, There is rumor in the air that the course will be no longer in need of staff. Anybody know of a place that is in need of a PGA Level 1 apprentice?

/rant off.

Im going to play golf while I still have golf privaleges.

Seems to me that moving to FL might be a good idea. Year-round golf, you know.

A friend of mine quit his job on police dept to be a PGA asst at Forest Hills. He lasted 6 months before going back to police dept. No money in it here in Augusta unless you're the head pro at the National.

I hate to hear that Crossfire, that stinks. I'm not sure where you live now, or if you'd be interested in moving? But I could ask the Proshop here where I live if they'd be interested, Lord knows they need somebody who even has a clue what they are doing.

Sorry to hear that, it is one of the negatives to this line of work. Keep your head up and something good will come around.
