Superhero Shoutout!

After seeing Iron Man for the 3rd time, and psyched up for Batman, I thought I'd give some love to my favorite of them all. How about you guys?

Captain America was my favorite hero back when comics were just coming out (late 60's/early 70's)...still have some of them somewhere.

btw, I haven't forgotten you...

By the first Batman, you mean the Tim Burton movie, right?

Tim Burton. He directed "Batman". The original Batman movie with Micheal Keaton, Kim Basinger and Jack Nicholson as the best Joker ever.

The new movie, Batman Begins, was just a money grabbing machine. That movie was not very good.

I liked it.

But I cant dissagree that Jack Nicholson was the best joker ever, rumour is though that heath ledger did an amazing job.

The original batman was better than the latest, but i think they did a good job bringing it back.

You, my Canuck friend, are on crack. Batman Begins was one of the best movies of the past 5 years, and a real tribute to the potential of the Batman series. The first three? Yikes. Campy 80's stuff. Micheal Keaton?

Batman Begins was flat out awesome and the trailers for Bat2 look GREAT.

The original Batman in '89 was amazing and is still relevant. It is a movie you can still watch today. The second one wasn't all the good. Every one after that was unwatchable. I left the theater during one of them. I think it was the Clooney one. Or two? Only movie I have ever left in my whole life.

Batman Begins was brilliant. I thought it was just a rehash so I didn't bother to see it in the theater. I wish I had. Bale was brilliant and I've tried to make a point of seeing stuff he did previously and since. When I saw that he was back for the new one, I am definitely seeing it.

Iron Man was amazingly good. I was shocked. I just didn't think I'd be able to buy Robert Downey as a super hero but he pulled it off.

More shockingly, I couldn't believe it was a Jon Favreau film. As far as I know, he's never done action before and he pulled it off swimmingly.

I thought it was a Bruckheimer.

Vegas baby, Vegas.
