well i heard somewhere in mid-western state (could've been missouri) where this old lady disguised herself as a teenage boy and told one of the girl (whos also a teen) that "this world is better w/o you..." or something along those line and the girl went up to her room and committed suicide.

i understand the ruling as to why they would want this, but i'm sure someone's gonna sue/fight MS for violating the 1st admendment.

The First Amendment has never protected anyone making threatening comments, which can generally be prosecuted as assault. The Missouri case specified that any harassment done via computer is as criminal as doing it in person.
