Notice the adult beverage in her right hand.

You'd have to be pretty wasted to wear that . . . uh, "dress" doesn't really seem like the right word here.

Not to mention how drunk you would have to be to buy it.

In her defense, she doesn't look too happy about it. Mail order bride and "dress" picked out by husband/buyer, perhaps?

EDIT: Now that I look at the people a little closer, they all look a little Russian or Slavic. Can anyone enlarge the billboards in the background?

If you enlarge the photograph, she will blacken both her eyes... it would be as if she was jogging.
