New direction...

2009 has been a real mother ****er for me.
Divorce.
Full time custody of the kids.
Lost all sorts of work.
Home is in foreclosure but I am able to rescue it....I think.

Tonight, after many weeks of class work I passed the Connecticut Real Estate exam! I will be a licensed Realtor in the next couple of weeks.
Associated with Prudential if all goes as expected.

This is in addition to construction, not a replacement.....yet.
I still have a long way to go but I think my life is starting to turn around.

Good luck, Sling. "Interesting" time to get into real estate. But, if we're close to seeing the bottom and beginning the economic recovery... could be just the time to get your feet wet.

As said before, you've always operated this site in a professional and gentlemanly manner. If you conduct your real estate career in that same manner, you'll be successful!!!!!!!
