Season must be coming to a close...

its getting quiet around here again...

Used to come in and on my first log-in of the day there would be 150-200 posts and now i am lucky if there are 50 in the morning and lucky to see another 50 throughout the day...

I have been way too productive this week....now i feel like i need a raise

I thought it was just my imagination that things had slowed down that much. But I guess it is getting colder up north? If this rain will ever stop I could still be playing though,

na...its still warm enough up here to play...problem for most people is that they cannot play after work anymore....its getting dark early enough that i can't even squeeze in 9 after work anymore unless i play here in madison...and then i don't get home until 8 at night...

Just too much rain here. Over 20+" of rain in the last 36 hours.

You'd figure the colder it got, the more posting.

I'm still ho'n and playing.. Although, I didn't play last week, and won't this week(going to the Tour Champ.), so it'll be another 2 weeks, unless I get out during the week for 9, which I might do.

the off(golf) topic posting increases from our northern members such as myself thats for sure....as there is really nothing to talk about unless one of us makes it to the heated driving range for a quick refresher...

Other than that all we have to talk about is how deep the snow is, how many times we have shoveled this week, and how many clubs we have bought that we won't get to hit for another 4 months...and by that time our swing looks like something out of a terminator movie instead of what a golf swing should look like....

I don't know if I'll play as much this winter as I did last. I'm in the planning stages right now of building a shop down at my Dad's to store and work on my boat. Last winter I played almost as much as I do during the summer.

I think I'm gonna slow down the play, take some lessons indoors and work on stuff, and probably spend my time at the range... The gun range that is.

Was off for the knee replacement and not playing. Didn't post much, as I was upset at you pr***s who could continue to enjoy this dastardly game. Went to Minnesota over the weekend and played 16 holes. New knee held up quite well. Signed up for our last stag night, tomorrow. Should be back playing, soon... and posting!!!!

Yeah, but your time is taken up by a diaper wearer, and I'm not talking about limp!!

By the way, Limp, hope the knee is holding up good!! Don't over do it... the slices and lip outs will be waiting when your ready to go after 'em!

2 more than I've played, little buddy. But, I spent a lot of time with my kids this summer just doing stuff. I can play golf longer than they will be kids, so it's a good trade off IMHO!

I can drink to that! Honestly any time I get 4-6 hours at home, I'd rather be there than the golf course. Sign of the times!

I'm still going strong!!

The number of full rounds I get in will start to decline a little... but I'm sure I'll be at the course 5 days a week at least anyway!
