If you had $5 million what would you spend it on?

If you had $5 million what would be the main things you would do with the money? I would be interested to here.

I would buy holiday homes in Florida, spain and south africa, I would get a collection of Aston Martins, I would give $1,000 000 to my parents, some ot charitie, and the rest to buy the usual.

Would anyone here have interesting plans for the money?

Do you have any idea how broke you would be if you did all that?

I'd invest at least part of it in a high interest/high return account, buy a house somewhere around here, a vacation home at Whistler, and make some wise investments in order to increase my fortune in order to be able to afford to do even more.

Geez, who wants all that housing to keep up? I'd buy a nice 5-10 acre place in the country, hopefully on a lake, and build a 80 x 100 ft. metal building. About 1/3 of the building would be made into a nice apartment, the rest I would have a nice shop, "drive through" garage for truck and boat, and an extra room with bunks and kitchenette for friends that want to use it while on the lake.

Next purchase would be approx. 200 acres in central Tx. for hunting. Allow a "tenant farmer" to work the land free as long as it's done w/ bringing birds in as a goal.

No other houses, that's what hotels are for. Lots of travel for golf, fishing and hunting.

Probably have a nice car for when not driving the truck.

5 mill?

Coke habit, most likely.

I would perhaps invest in the Perfect Club. That Kessler, he's gold!

new house wherever my parents want ( with launch monitor and putting green of course), my mustang (car, not horse for you smartasses), college, some to parents and sister, however much it would cost to get completely hooked up with taylormade clubs, and other stuff that i can't think of off the top of my head

I love the town I live in so I would stay here. I would buy a home inthis community http://www.waterfallcountryclub.com/ which is only a couple miles from my current home. I would use the rest to retire and finally get to a single digit handicap.

Besides two chicks at the same time? I'd do nothing. I'd find a shack somewhere away from it all, except a golf course, and, with my two chicks, sit around looking at the beauty of the land around me. Do absolutley nothing.

You may not play better golf, but you would finish your round in twenty minutes. "Look out playing through"

Oh yeah, forgot about that. $5m is just about your quarterly bonus, right? Should be good towards the part-payment for the Lear Jet and the Heilcopter Pad in the back yard.

Ah well, at least we got some fine weather here, cold and damp, mmmhhhh!!
