you can rotate them if there at 90 degrees and using the arrow keys, go through videos a frame at a time, great for analysing a swing, best of all, its free!!

holding down the arrow keys will advance/rewind the film at normal speed until you let go

and gives you everything you need to anyalse a swing. And there is also a free version available; with limited features.
