It's one thing for the operator to be injured, since he or she deliberately put themselves at risk in the first place. I just hope no spectators or innocent bystanders were injured or killed.

Apparently nobody was seriously injured. Amazingly enough, the operator walked away from the scene with nothing more than a sprained finger!
