No doubt about it.
A Steak fresh off the grill that's still mooing, a loaded baked potato, steamed broccolli, and a tall beer to wash it down.

There's so many:

Homemade ravioli with sauce from a fifth-generation italian recipe.

Pork, sauerkraut and dumplings. Sounds funky, but omigod it's good.

A plate of Rudy's (San Antonio, TX) BBQ - ribs, brisket, more brisket, creamed corn (aka cardiac arrest in a box), white bread to soak up the sauce.

A really good steak.

A really good grouper sandwich.

A really good lobster tail.

Food is good, yessss...

A nice big organic salad with fat-free dressing. No bread of course.

Just kidding!!!

Thanksgiving has to be the best ever. Warm pie a la mode for dessert.

Fillet steak in the wine bar in Portrush here, medium-cooked, pepper cream sauce, tobacco onions, garlic fries / big chips. Hard te wack !!!!!

Either that or chilli chicken or chilli beef in pitta rock my boat big time !!!

After 45 days of Jungle Environment Survival Training (literally living off insects in the Phillipines) we finally graduated and had our first real meal. Cambells tomato soup and a grill cheese sandwich. That was my "best meal".

Now... my FAVORITE meal???? I'd have to go with Medium/Rare Beef Ribeye with Cajun-spiced/stuffed Shrimp. Fresh steamed and sauteed veggie medly with a tall Draft Guinness.

Can anyone argue against a perfect burger with all the trimmings on the patio in the summer, chips and fresh veggies on the side, some salads and a cold, tall, endless bottle of beer.

That's it, I'm BBQ'ing tommorrow! Swing by, the burgers are on me.

Where is that, Scotty ?

I have twice had ribs here in N.I. in the past while and they've both been p1sh !! Not in the slightest bit happy, like

How do y'all like your steaks cooked ? I like nice and crispy on the outside, but good n' pink in the middle. Great stuff

In South Carolina. Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, I think. Or something like that...

They do the best ribs ever...

Now, you ask about my steak... Just gimme a cow with the horns snapped off. That'll be fine.

Usually I take it rare (everywhere in Scotland overcooks steaks) but when i'm on holiday, I take it medium-rare..
